Location:

• Las Vegas, Nevada

Duties:

• Assist in the representation of clients in commercial and professional litigation cases

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and case strategy meetings early in tenure

• Engage in regular client interaction and communications

• Prepare for and support litigation at all stages, from case intake through trial

• Collaborate with experienced trial attorneys and contribute to team success

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of litigation experience

• Strong academic credentials (Top 25% of graduating law school class preferred)

• Ability to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision

• In-office availability and commitment to a hands-on practice model

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar

Skills:
