Duties

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience or currently in the 3rd year.
• Ability to bill at least 40 net client-billed hours per week, with up to 25% on contingency files.
• Detail-oriented with strong writing and advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
