Duties

• Prepare wills, revocable trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Assist in preparing documents for advanced transfer tax planning strategies.
• Conduct research and analysis of estate, gift, GST, and income tax issues.
• Analyze complex state law and federal tax law issues.

Requirements

• Ohio law license required; Kentucky law license preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in estate planning.
• Superior analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Ohio State Bar; Kentucky Bar admission preferred.
