Location

Duties

• Provide employment counseling on cross-border and global employment matters.
• Advise on employment aspects of corporate transactions, including employment diligence.
• Draft and negotiate employment agreements, retention agreements, and related documents.
• Counsel on reductions in force, employee terminations, and related legal matters.
• Provide legal guidance on restrictive covenants and employee mobility.
• Advise emerging companies on all aspects of employment law.
• Work closely with other offices within the firm’s global employment practice.
• Contribute to the development of business strategies for the firm.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in employment counseling (domestic and/or international).
• Experience working with a top-tier law firm (preferably an AmLaw 100 firm).
• Proven ability to handle cross-border employment issues.
• Experience in employment diligence for corporate transactions.
• Strong background in drafting and negotiating employment agreements.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across multiple offices.
• Proven track record of providing high-level employment law advice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction in which the candidate is applying.
