Duties:

• Represent clients in complex probate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, and claims involving fiduciary misconduct

• Conduct and manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trials

• Work closely with in-house discovery attorneys and forensic accounting experts to build strong legal arguments

• Provide strategic legal advice to clients while maintaining high standards of professional ethics and confidentiality

• Collaborate with internal legal teams and contribute to firm knowledge-sharing initiatives

• Participate in firm-hosted educational and networking events

Requirements:

• Proven experience in probate or trust litigation

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation independently

• Exceptional legal research, writing, and courtroom presentation skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality legal work

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:

• Expertise in probate, trust, and estate litigation

• Strong litigation strategy and case management capabilities

• Ability to collaborate across legal and non-legal teams

• Skilled in handling emotionally charged or sensitive client matters
