Duties

• Manage a balanced caseload of business and real estate transactions, estate planning, probate, and renewable energy projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including asset and stock purchase agreements, commercial leases, and secured lending documents.
• Provide legal counsel on entity structures, title issues, and related transactional matters.
• Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and land professionals; manage closings from letter of intent through funding and recording.
• Contribute to refining AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Texas license.
• 2+ years' experience in transactional/business, probate/estate planning, or renewable energy law.
• Comfort using AI tools.
• Strong drafting skills and sharp attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Active Texas Bar License
