• Conduct legal research and remain informed on evolving laws and precedents

• Guide clients with empathy and precision throughout the litigation process

• Work closely with legal assistants, paralegals, and administrative teams to maintain case progress

• Utilize legal technology and firm resources to ensure accurate and efficient case handling

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Arkansas

• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling family law matters in a litigation setting

• Proven ability to manage multiple cases independently

• Demonstrated skill in courtroom advocacy and client communication

• Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive matters

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admitted and in good standing with the Arkansas Bar
