Location:

Duties:

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including complex agreements and transactions.
• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, secured finance transactions, and public finance matters.
• Manage commercial real estate transactions and ensure legal compliance.
• Assist with business formations, corporate governance, and general corporate legal matters.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and clients to deliver effective legal strategies and solutions.
• Conduct legal research and provide insights on transactional matters.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in transactional law, particularly in contract review and negotiations.
• Strong background in mergers and acquisitions, secured finance transactions, public finance, commercial real estate, business formations, and corporate law.
• Proven track record of drafting complex contracts.
• Licensed to practice law in Connecticut.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Connecticut Bar.
