The candidate will handle pleadings and motion practice and conduct discovery. Will perform legal research and analysis. Meet with clients, prepare witnesses, and conduct depositions. Appear in court for conferences and motions. Prepare for and attend hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Proven background and competence in litigation matters, including case analysis and evaluation essential. Proficiency with litigation guidelines is needed. Trial experience is helpful. Should have PA Bar admission; NJ Bar admission required. Should have superior written and oral communication skills.
