Duties:

• Handle a wide range of probate and estate planning matters with precision and empathy

• Provide clear legal guidance to clients on wills, trusts, guardianships, and asset transfers

• Draft, review, and execute key legal documents

• Represent clients in court proceedings, where applicable

• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and firm-wide improvements

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of legal trends and updates

• Assist in evolving firm practices and contributing to a positive work culture

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of legal experience; litigation or trial exposure considered a plus

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

• Licensed and in good standing with the New Mexico State Bar

• Consistent and reliable attendance at the Albuquerque office

• Self-motivated mindset with a collaborative and solutions-oriented attitude

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of New Mexico
