Duties

• Manage high-volume insurance defense and personal injury cases.
• Prepare for trials and handle courtroom responsibilities, including motion practice, hearings, and depositions.
• Conduct thorough research and draft legal documents with exceptional advocacy skills.
• Maintain detailed organization and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of litigation practice experience.
• Active Pennsylvania bar license.
• Experience in insurance defense and personal injury law.
• Proven trial preparation and courtroom experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Pennsylvania bar license.
