Litigating disputed matters. Negotiating successful settlements with other insurers and insureds. Collaborating with the team. J.D. degree, required. Admission to CA State Bar, required. Additional consideration for: Prior experience litigating complex matters. Admission to WA, OR, NV, AZ or other Western States.
