Location:

• Virginia Beach, Virginia

Duties:

• Handle litigation for consumer financial services matters
• Represent financial institutions in various legal proceedings
• Engage in mortgage, auto, and credit card litigation
• Conduct depositions and hearings
• Provide regulatory guidance and assist with government agency investigations

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of litigation experience
• Admission to the Virginia Bar (required)
• Good standing in Virginia
• Strong academic performance
• Excellent writing abilities
• Admissions to additional bars (preferred)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Virginia Bar License

Skills:

• Strong analytical and litigation skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in handling commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions
