Duties

• Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and minority investments.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Manage deals from inception to closing.
• Handle general corporate matters.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in corporate law and market terms.
• Substantial experience in drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
• Demonstrated skill in managing deals independently.
• Business-oriented mindset with excellent judgment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
