Enterprise Payments Contract Manager
Duties: Drives contract lifecycle from modifications through completion of the negotiation process, and/or contract execution. Manages contract modification control process and related correspondence requiring legal input. Own and manage the framework to identify legal risk requirements for Enterprise Payments. Collaborate with Business Development, Product Management, and Legal to identify emerging opportunities or areas requiring clarification of legal risk requirements. Partner with 1st and 2nd line of defense risk management to maintain risk requirements in bank-wide policies and procedures. Interact with various internal partners effectively to address legal, compliance, and risk questions. Define risks and able to communicate those risks to appropriate internal decision-makers for discussion and resolution. Assist in responses to RFPs or customer terms & conditions as needed. Assist with providing training on compliance/risk-related topics on an as-needed basis. Regularly monitor the competitive landscape to understand and document best practices, ongoing innovation, and industry benchmarks. Develop and execute continuous improvement programs designed to improve risk identification, mitigation, and process efficacy.
