Duties

• Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, modifications, and related family law matters.
• Lead and develop a family law practice with firm leadership support.
• Collaborate with attorneys across various practice areas on interconnected matters.
• Provide strategic guidance, exceptional client communication, and advocacy.
• Optionally supervise or integrate a paralegal or associate into the workflow.

Requirements

• Active license to practice in Kansas and Missouri.
• 10+ years of experience in family law; litigation experience preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in practice building.
• Strong communication, client management, and courtroom skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-office, multi-practice firm.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Kansas and Missouri.
