A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Destin, FL. The successful candidate will represent clients in various civil and business litigation matters, managing cases from inception through resolution. This full-time, in-person role requires a dedicated professional to join a dynamic legal team.

Duties

• Develop case strategy and conduct discovery.
• Draft pleadings and motions.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of civil and/or business litigation experience.
• Significant experience in discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• First-chair trial experience strongly preferred.
• Admitted to The Florida Bar and in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
