Duties

• Engage in patent litigation and related proceedings.
• Collaborate with a team on complex legal matters.

• Contribute to strategic legal planning and execution.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of life sciences patent litigation experience.
• Background in biological or chemical science required.
• Experience with patent office and PTAB proceedings.
• Exposure to global or European patent matters is advantageous.
• Federal clerkship experience is desirable.
• Large law firm experience preferred.
• Industry or regulatory experience in biopharma is welcome.
• Strong academic background required.

Education

• Advanced degree in biological or chemical sciences preferred.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
