Patent Legal Assistant
The candidate will be responsible for supporting all areas of IP practice and will provide a wide range of administrative, accounting and patent prosecution support to an exciting and growing IP firm. Will prepare and file documents at the United States Patent Office as well as coordinate and work with attorneys and foreign agents during all stages of the patent prosecution lifecycle as well as invoice and report the same to clients. Work closely with all members of the firm. Also be assigned other duties or projects as needed.
