Duties

• Engage in high-stakes IP litigation from trial to appeal.
• Handle complex patent disputes in district courts, ITC, PTAB, and Federal Circuit.
• Collaborate with nationally recognized IP litigators.
• Participate in strategic decision-making and client interactions.

Requirements

• JD and active attorney license in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• Eligibility to waive into the D.C. Bar or willingness to sit for the D.C. bar exam.
• 6-8 years of experience in patent and/or IP litigation.
• Strong foundation in IP and patent law.
• Stellar academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• USPTO registration number desirable but not required.

Skills

• Technical background or experience with complex technologies preferred.
• Judicial clerkship experience preferred.
