Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on estate planning, estate administration, and trust formations.

• Analyze, draft, and negotiate a variety of legal documents related to trust and estate law.

• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal tax laws.

• Manage client relationships and provide high-quality legal support.

Requirements:

• Experience in wills, estates, and trusts law.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Deadline-driven with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
