Sales Executive - eDiscovery Managed Services
The candidate will be responsible for: Create and leverage a strong network of high level contacts in corporations and law firms. Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at companies that can have a major strategic impact for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and position **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s services and products at those companies, looking for opportunities. Conduct discovery to identify the prospect’s needs, goals and objectives then provide prospect with an overview of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s products and services for consideration in qualified opportunities and RFPs, focusing on the resulting value and unique benefits to the corporation based upon assessed fit and need. Work with internal **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. associates to respond to RFPs, enter into MSAs or similar repeat service agreements and create SOWs. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Create account plans, territory plans, and engagement and sales strategies and execute on such strategies. Ensure administrative compliance with company sales policies, such as updating opportunities in Salesforce.com. Be viewed as an expert in the field of Technology Assisted Review (TAR) litigation services, and eDiscovery. Maintain knowledge of trends within markets and industries. Attend industry events and sales meetings as required. Should have 5+ years’ experience selling or working in the legal industry; selling to both Corporate and Law Firm. Experience selling services or solutions to antitrust, bankruptcy, white collar, intellectual property, or securities legal professionals preferred. Knowledge of RFP process and corporate procurement process a plus. Should have experience in selling to executives, partners and General Counsel and across multiple groups in an organization. Must have proven knowledge of sales methodology and process. Should have proven track record of finding, closing and maintaining business in new and existing accounts. Knowledge of EDRM, eDiscovery, litigation support, search retrieval, content/document management or related technology desired. BA or BS degree is required, JD degree os helpful.
