Duties:

• Conduct asbestos depositions and effectively handle mass tort and product liability cases.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to analyze case facts, identify legal issues, and formulate effective legal strategies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as required.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders professionally and effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in taking asbestos depositions and handling related cases.
• Active California Bar license.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California Bar license.
