• Participate in corporate finance and licensing activities.
• Contribute to venture capital financing projects.

Requirements

• 2 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent credentials from a top law school.
• Licensed to practice in the home office state.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in the state of practice.

Skills

• Strong understanding of '33 Act and '34 Act securities work.
• Proficiency in transactional and governance matters.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
