Duties

• Participate in general commercial litigation, including breach of contract and fraud cases.
• Collaborate with financial institutions and creditors on various legal matters.

Requirements

• Active California law license and good standing.
• Strong academic credentials and analytical skills.
• Exceptional writing and client service abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to appear in court with confident oral communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
