• Experience with depositions and court appearances.
• Experience drafting and responding to discovery.
• Experience preparing all manner of motions.
• Trial experience is preferred but not required.
• Highly detail-oriented and self-starter with problem-solving abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
