Duties

• Lead case strategy from intake to resolution, managing scope, budget, and execution.
• Act as the primary client contact, providing actionable guidance.
• Ensure continuous progress on matters, meeting deadlines and deliverables.
• Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals, reinforcing firm processes.
• Maintain discipline in timekeeping, SLAs, budgets, and execution.
• Adapt quickly to shifting demands and circumstances.

Requirements

• JD and active Florida Bar membership.
• 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation.
• Strong advocacy skills in motions, depositions, hearings, and negotiations.
• Ability to work independently within a structured system.
• Comfortable making fast decisions.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)
