Litigation Associate (TCPA experience preferred)
The candidate will advise firm clients on TCPA and consumer class action matters. Assist managing client relationships. Legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, preparing for trials and appearing in court as needed on behalf of clients. U.S. Juris Doctor Degree. Admitted to practice in the State Bar of Arizona and in good standing are required. 4 years of meaningful experience in a law firm handling general litigation matters are required. Experience in TCPA and consumer class action is preferred, but not required. Experience in complex litigation areas, including consumer protection, unfair competition, and false advertising. Experience in handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, writing briefs, and preparing and arguing motions are required. Demonstrated capability to work in a team environment and to exercise sound and practical judgment are required. Superior research and analytical abilities are required. Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills. Strong analytical skills are required. Flexible, composed, and ability to prioritize and handle multiple matters simultaneously with a high level of competence and accuracy, Committed to professional ethics and client confidentiality. Ability to work independently and take initiative are required.
