Requirements:

• Substantive experience at a leading law firm, with a proven track record of successful legal representation.
• Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, government investigations, and litigation.
• Specific experience with Federal Trade Commission consumer protection-related regulatory matters is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in the state of California.
