Duties:

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas State Bar.
• 2-5 years of experience in securities enforcement and white-collar defense.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory investigations and compliance matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
