The candidate will join Family Law Division. May assist with the preparation of legal documents for cases involving child support, spousal support and health insurance issues. Will have exposure to Family Law, Civil, Criminal etc. Must have experience in preparing legal documents. Must have completed prerequisite course in Civil Litigation and/or Family Law. Must be student currently enrolled in paralegal schools, colleges and universities throughout LA County. Commit to at least one semester and work a minimum of 12 hours per week is required.
