Joint Ventures Senior Associate – Los Angeles, CA

Allen Matkins is seeking an associate with 7-10 years of experience with joint ventures. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience with complex and highly sophisticated real estate joint ventures and complex real estate limited liability company and partnership agreements.

• Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Candidates should be able to work in a team and handle significant individual responsibilities.

• Major law firm experience preferred.

• A high level of academic achievement.

• Admission to the State Bar of California.

The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $365,000 to $390,000 per year. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
