Duties

• Manage IRS audits and appeals administratively and in Tax Court.
• Handle IRS collection cases involving significant financial amounts.
• Assist in defending federal district court collection cases.
• Address criminal cases initiated by IRS Criminal Investigation Division.
• Resolve various federal tax issues for clients.

Requirements

• Bar admission in any state.
• Experience with federal tax matters in government or private practice.
• Proven ability to manage a large caseload efficiently.
• High level of integrity and client service orientation.
• Resilience in overcoming challenges.

• Doctorate (Required)

Certifications
