Duties

• Partner with litigation practices and redesign workflows.
• Build trusted relationships with practice leaders and professionals.
• Analyze workflows, identify pain points, and prioritize AI opportunities.
• Advise on AI's role in improving legal work.
• Assist litigators in using AI effectively in live matters.
• Develop and scale AI-enabled capabilities.
• Lead pilots and initiatives from design to implementation.
• Serve as a practice-facing expert for AI platforms.
• Convert successful approaches into reusable assets.
• Enable lawyers and drive AI adoption through guidance and training.
• Advance client value and firm strategy with AI solutions.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• At least five years of substantive litigation experience.
• Deep understanding of litigation workflows and client service demands.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI in legal work.
• Ability to translate legal, technical, and business needs into solutions.
• Strong project ownership and organizational skills.
• Practical, curious mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.
