Medina Law Group, a boutique estate planning/elder law firm with a 20+ year history, is seeking an associate attorney to join the team. As its founder has expanded into financial services through Palante Wealth Advisors, Medina Law Group now operates as the legal arm of a "family-office" style practice, delivering comprehensive retirement and estate planning solutions for pre-retirees and retirees.

Our Ideal Candidate

• A NJ or PA licensed attorney
• Strong drafting and client counseling skills
• High follow-through and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Passionate about working with retiree-aged clients and delivering exceptional service

What You’ll Do

• Design and draft estate plans including wills, trusts, and asset protection strategies
• Conduct client meetings to assess needs, explain planning options, and oversee plan implementation
• Coordinate with our financial services team to ensure a seamless planning experience for clients
• Manage estate administration cases (exclusively for existing clients)
• Support firm growth by mentoring team members and helping refine internal processes
