Duties

• Advise clients on trademark protection and perform clearance searches.
• Prosecute U.S. trademark applications and manage oppositions.
• Coordinate global trademark portfolio coverage with foreign associates.
• Draft license and transactional agreements.
• Send and respond to cease and desist letters.
• Collaborate with M&A team on trademark diligence.
• Appear before U.S. federal courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
• Supervise an associate and a team of paralegals.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across practice areas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the United States.
