This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in litigation and arbitration, particularly related to real estate funds. Key Responsibilities

• Lead litigation and arbitration cases about real estate fund matters, ensuring strategic legal representation from start to finish
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide expert analysis to support case preparation
• Draft and review complex legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and arbitration submissions
• Engage in negotiations with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and arbitration proceedings, presenting compelling legal arguments
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management and client service
• Stay abreast of changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to ongoing matters
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering advice on legal and business-related matters

Qualifications and Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar, with eligibility to represent clients in the state
• 2 to 6 years of experience in litigation and arbitration, preferably with a focus on real estate funds
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of complex legal matters independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft persuasive legal arguments
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
• Client-focused approach, with a reputation for delivering high-quality legal services
• Experience with legal technology and case management systems is a plus
