Location:

Duties:

• Manage a high volume of bankruptcy matters with varying complexity.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in federal bankruptcy court and state and federal civil court proceedings.
• Utilize electronic filing portals for case management and filings.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional client service.
• Prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze legal issues effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Capability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to providing outstanding client service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey and/or Delaware.

Skills:

• Proficiency in LexisNexis, Microsoft Word, Excel, Mail Merge, PDF, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of federal bankruptcy court and civil court procedures, including electronic filing portals (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
