The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in corporate law, focusing on startups, venture capital, and emerging companies, with a strong interest in technology and life sciences.

Duties

• Represent startups and emerging companies in corporate transactions.
• Advise clients on venture capital financing and corporate governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs.
• Draft and negotiate complex corporate agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice.
• Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies required.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Barred in the jurisdiction of the office location or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in relevant jurisdiction.
