• Expertise in real estate transactions and complex commercial and real estate litigation.
• Ability to provide legal advice and conduct thorough legal research.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
• Previous experience in a law firm setting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
