Job Duties:

  • Consult with clients to review and discuss their estate plans, providing legal advice and guidance.
  • Review estate planning documents to ensure compliance with state requirements and accuracy.
  • Ensure client goals are met through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Exercise sound judgment during client interactions, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Utilize computer skills for virtual meetings (Zoom/Webex/Google Meet) and proficiency in Microsoft & Google Suite.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of Estate Planning principles.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize tasks, demonstrating attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
  • Anticipate client and firm needs to avoid surprises and ensure preparedness.

Requirements:

  • J.D. Degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar admitted and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Estate Planning, Wills, and Trusts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and the firm's case management system.

Education and Certifications:

  • J.D. Degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar Admitted and in good standing.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills: Zoom/Webex/Google Meet, Microsoft & Google Suite.
  • Attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrated experience with relevant firm software programs.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in client interactions.
