A respected boutique law firm located in Beverly Hills, California is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This role requires an attorney with a minimum of five years of litigation or labor and employment experience, capable of independently managing a full caseload from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be client-oriented, proactive, and well-versed in all phases of civil litigation.

Location

Duties

• Manage civil litigation and/or labor & employment cases from inception through trial or resolution

• Propound and respond to written discovery

• Take and defend depositions

• Draft, argue, and appear for motions and hearings

• Conduct client and carrier reporting and communication

• Maintain detailed legal documentation and case updates

• Collaborate with supervising partners for case strategy and development

• Maintain strong and positive client relationships

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation and/or labor & employment experience

• Ability to manage a full caseload independently

• Trial experience is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving and case resolution abilities

• Responsive, responsible, and highly organized

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member of the California State Bar, in good standing (Required)

• Strong civil litigation knowledge

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Skilled in legal research and drafting
