Rabin Martin is in search of an energetic individual to join our team of smart, curious global health professionals.  We are looking for a Senior Associate to support a range of global health initiatives.  The ideal candidate is a strong researcher and writer who can quickly distill information, learns quickly and is curious about the issues.  Candidates for this role must have excellent project management and coordination skills and will have a minimum of five years of full-time work experience.

The ideal candidate will be able to support a range of projects. In this role, the Senior Associate will:

Main responsibilities/tasks

Write, edit, and prepare various materials such as, landscape and peer analyses, issue briefs, proposals, social media toolkits, and other client deliverables

Define key audiences across global settings

Research and disseminate information, identify key themes.

Articulate ideas to clients and colleagues through oral presentations and written assignments

Lead collaboration and create clear action items as project manager.

Seek opportunities to be curious, learn from others and share knowledge across the team.

Candidates should have the following qualities/skills

Creative, organized, flexible; ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team setting to respond effectively to client needs

Exceptional writing and research skills, including ability to understand technical literature, interpret data and present information in a clear, compelling and easy-to-understand way

Strong analytical (qualitative and quantitative) skills

Strong project management skills

Ability to work independently and in team setting

Preferred experience working in a client services environment

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities

Preferred Experience and skills:

Minimum, Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant full-time work experience.

International and/or US based experience.

Experience working in a client service environment.

Preferred experience in area of public health such as: Vaccines research, public policy, communications, public-private partnerships, health equity, health systems strengthening, advocacy, health economics, etc.
