The candidate must have 3+ years of litigation experience in the family law practice. Strong experience in legal research, including Westlaw and/or LexisNexis. Knowledgeable with Maryland Rules of Procedure – Title 9. Knowledgeable with e-filing, calendaring, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication with strict attention to detail, and organization, and have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. The ability to work independently, multi-task, and operate efficiently in an environment one where things happen very quickly and activity is continuous throughout the day.
