• Engage in negotiations with opposing counsel to resolve disputes efficiently.
• Manage case files diligently, ensuring compliance with procedural rules and deadlines.
• Maintain effective communication with clients regarding case developments.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• Graduates from New England Law, Suffolk Law, and UMass Law are encouraged to apply.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.

• Strong research skills utilizing Westlaw for legal analysis.
