Associate Attorneys

Profile

Seeking for qualified Associate Attorneys with 1-5 years of experience in PA, NJ, WV, and/or DE workers' compensation law. Such experience should some or all of the following: review and analysis of medical records, drafting reports, briefs, and other documents, conducting legal research, interviewing witnesses, attending and reporting on hearings and depositions, and managing an active caseload on behalf of employers/carriers/TPAs or claimants. Must be able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines set by senior attorneys and will eventually manage an active caseload. Admittance to the Bar is required.
