Duties:

• Manage and litigate insurance coverage disputes related to professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers policies.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on complex insurance and reinsurance matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct thorough research on insurance law, legal precedents, and industry regulations.
• Represent clients in arbitration, mediation, and courtroom settings, as needed.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to deliver high-quality client service.
• Assist in the development of strategies to address and resolve complex coverage issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance and commercial litigation.
• Strong knowledge of insurance coverage issues and reinsurance agreements.
• Proven track record in managing complex litigation matters.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and client management abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar in good standing (Georgia preferred, or eligible to obtain Georgia Bar membership).
