Requirements:

• Texas State Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sophisticated patent practice.
• Strong technical background in engineering, computer science, or physical sciences.
• Ability to work confidently and enforce high standards in all aspects of work.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or physical sciences preferred.

Certifications:

• USPTO registration number.
• Texas State Bar membership.
