Legal Administrative Assistant - Business Division Team
The candidate will work in a team to perform legal administrative support for Associates and Paralegals, with a specialization in supporting a Corporate and/or M&A practice, including document creation and revision, scheduling internal and external meetings, managing and maintaining legal documents, databases, and electronic records and files, assisting in supporting business development and other duties as assigned; must have advanced technical skills in Microsoft 2010 Suite and the willingness to learn new systems and applications. Legal experience is a plus. Must have previous transactional LAA experience or someone who has worked in an executive administrative assistant level who is interested in becoming a part of the legal profession.
