A law firm seeks an experienced Immigration Litigation Attorney in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in immigration law, with significant experience appearing before the Executive Office of Immigration Review and Immigration Court. The role requires effective collaboration within a team-oriented environment.

Duties

• Appear in Immigration Court for master calendar and individual hearings, both in person and via WebEx.
• Prepare, review, and file applications with Immigration Court and USCIS.
• Research and interpret existing and anticipated laws and regulations to guide informed decisions.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on immigration matters before USCIS and the Executive Office of Immigration Review.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in any state.
• Minimum of 4 years of litigation or immigration experience.
• Strong academic credentials, with a class rank in the top 10-15% or a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
